Volumetric – The Pelusi Method

Posted on Posted in Uncategorized

Volumetric is a state of the art cutting system devised of many cutting techniques allowing Designers to achieve detailed, customized cuts creating shape and balance for all types of textures. But it is so much more than that!

  • It is a confidence builder
  • User friendly
  • Grows with your career
  • Fun to learn
  • Sets you apart from the competition
  • Keeps you organized while performing detailed cuts

What does that mean exactly?

The best way to answer that question is to tell you my story. When I first arrive through the doors of Philip Pelusi I brought with me my thirst for knowledge, Basic skills and confidence. All of which I knew could be taken to the next level and beyond. I found myself behind the chair almost immediately and when I was on uptime, I watched listened and presented models for ongoing education. My confidence grew. My book grew. My paychecks and tips grew. My skills grew with ease. In a blink of an eye I was performing volumetrics at a fundamental level. As time went on my skills became stronger and stronger and all of a sudden with very little effort I Mascord volumetrics. Not only did I understand this amazing cutting system I was confident enough to put my own spin on the techniques. Being able to do this really set me apart from my competition and allows me the ability to customize all of my haircuts for each of my guests.

During my consultations I love to share with my guest the techniques I will be using and why they are so effective. Sharing this information builds my guest trust and they recognize the thought process process I put forth to customize their desired look. Mastering the volume metric system has allowed me to build a loyal clientele whether I’m maintaining their current style helping them to transition into a major change or solving any hair care problems my guess feel confident that I will deliver the results they are looking for. And so do I!
