3rd Annual Our Clubhouse Event

Last night we hosted the 3rd annual Our Clubhouse event benefiting the members of Our Clubhouse. Thank you so much to all of the Philip Pelusi team who volunteered their night to make someone else’s night so special! And thank you to the students of Empire Beauty School to volunteering their skills in offering complimentary manicures!

Today at the “You Are What You Dream Class” we asked the class, “What Is Your Philip Pelusi Career Dream?”


Bre SHV ~ “My Philip Pelusi Career Dream is to become a Volumetric specialist, and a color specialist.”

Kate MV ~ “I will be very proud to retire from Philip Pelusi.  I really am focused on rebuilding the MV Salon to new glory days!  This is my challenge for 2019.  My biggest challenge in this endeavor will be building clients but my staff is excellent and talented.”

Bethany MV ~ “I would love to train new stylists and give them the tools to be the best stylist they can be.”

Jenna SHV ~ “To have a full book and lots of returning clients.  To expand my knowledge on techniques and products.”

Dominic SHV ~ “Long range: To figure what I want to be beyond Guest Service Manager.  Short range: Get to become a Guest Service Manager.  I’ve already achieved becoming Manager at Express.”  Dominic also shared these awesome words of wisdom, “fake it until it is real.”  Everyone in the class loved this message!!!

Ricki SL ~ “My Philip Pelusi Career Dream is to become more confident with the Volumetric Cutting System.”

Demi RTM ~ “A long term goal of mine is to always love what I do in my career and to stay passionate.”

Val WEST ~ “My Philip Pelusi Career Dream is to be able to assist guests with ease to make their experience the best it can be and to make sure they know all of their options for their hair and what they wish to achieve with it.”

Jazmin RTM ~ “A challenge I want to overcome is within myself to stop overthinking and let my creativity flow.”

Lynn FX ~ “I want to be specialized in kids cuts and build my clientele to meet that goal.”
