And as Philip Pelusi Designers, we create “designs” with hair fabric every day in the salon on our amazing Guests, similar to how a clothing designer designs clothing from cashmere, wool or cotton.  And Philip’s products are 100% necessary to augment, improve or enhance their fabric to help create the hair design of that Guest’s dreams.
