Anna’s guess?  April 1990!  The actual date was April 1980 but this just highlights the timeless look of Philip’s gorgeous Punk Couture Model shown here from several vantage points.

The Volumetric Haircut, Hair Color, Styling, Photo and Lighting all by Philip Pelusi himself.  And the photoshoot took place at Pittsburgh’s historic Bank Center building.
