Did you know hair can get a sunburn much like the skin? Harsh Ultra Violet Rays radiate from the sun and degrade hair fabric causing loss of protein, moisture and hair color. This results in dry, dull, weak hair and faded hair color. Plus, UV Rays can give the scalp a sunburn just like the skin on body so it needs protection too.

Plus, if swimming is in the plans for this summer, beware of the harsh and damaging effects of salt water and chlorine. Salt water can dry the hair causing hair to feel rough, dry and tangled. Chlorine can coat and buildup on the hair causing color fadage and dry damaged hair.
