1^st On www.busystylist.com by viewing each P2 & Tela Virtual Product Class video…

New Talent can start learning about every product on day 1!  View classes on Tela Virtual Product Classes (busystylist.com) and P2 Virtual Product Classes (busystylist.com) during uptime, in The New Talent Salon, and on times scheduled by the Salon Leader.

Salon Leaders, for each New Talent, print the New Talent Virtual Product Class Checklist (Shared Forms).  Have each New Talent should view each approx. 10 minute long Virtual Product Class Video, then fill in this Checklist and retain for your records within the first 1 – 3 months of employment depending on New Talent and Salon scheduling.  Salon Leaders should track Virtual Product Class attendance just as when New Talent attend classes at The Philip Pelusi Center for Talent Development.

2^nd At the Philip Pelusi Center for Talent Development in 2026… 

Continuing our decades long history of product classes at The Philip Pelusi Center for Talent Development, a Product Artistry Class has been added to the New Talent Class roster taught by Nikki, Product Education Director.  This class can be attended starting on day 1 as well.  Details to come soon!
