Today the Philip Pelusi Salon in Squirrel Hill was visited by Philip Pelusi himself to help the salon honor Monica’s Retirement after 50+ Years of creating great hair and celebrate Leonor with over 52 years of service!
The low chignon, the matte red lip, iconic and still very popular today. This look was designed as part of a collection inspired by movie star and fashion icon Audrey Hepburn but worn recently by Lady Gaga and Gwyneth Paltrow.
