I’ve been with the company for 21 years. Started with Philip Pelusi straight out of school. My joy in training is when I see a designer I’ve been working with, perfect what they’ve been working on. In this industry we are always learning. I have learned so much from the designers themselves! I have been a trainer for the company and the salon for over 10 years now. As much as I love doing hair, I love passing my knowledge to other designers just as much. I enjoy all aspects of training. Everything from a cutting class, to a new color technique and training our management team to be amazing leaders!
